- How long does take?
- A major benefit of building modular is a short build time. Your home will arrive at your site approximately 80% complete. Usually once financing and permits have been obtained a typical build time is 3 months. Things that can add time are decks, garages, brick exteriors, ..etc..
- What about financing?
- Because these are real homes, Banks and Lending Institutions treat modular homes the same as conventional site built homes. Therefore obtaining financing is no different. Use your own financing source or we can refer you to a lender.
