What is a Modular Home?
A modular home is essentially a site built home constructed to the building codes of your state in a controlled environment. This eliminates material damage due to weather and allows for the use of superior construction methods and greater quality control. In return, you end up with a stronger and better constructed home. Modular homes are not manufactured (mobile) homes.
